BridgeWater & Associates, Inc. began as a sole proprietorship in the first quarter of 1993 and incorporated in 1995. The primary function was to provide acquisition services for individual clients in the categories of roadway construction and utilities easements.

The appraisal division began in 1993 primarily in support of the acquisition program. During 1996, we officially expanded to include a full blown appraisal division along with a title division. Our clients include numerous local banks and mortgage companies, the title program for north and south regions of Georgia Power, and the City of Canton to name a few.

The level of experience pertaining to acquisition, appraisal and title abstractions is diversified which we feel gives us a competitive edge in accomplishing all phases of projects. We have, and will continue to pursue all levels of cross-training as each key personnel has achieved different levels of title procurement, appraisal and negotiations for all types of acquisitions. Each of our staff members have extensive background and experience sufficient to accomplishing the procurement of any requested and related tasks involved in a community improvement program.
